Making a Purchase

When purchasing any product or service from Logikalcoding.com, you will need to create an account. Start by heading over to the register page where you will need to provide your name, email, and password. It is your responsibility to ensure that your password is kept safe.

Once registered all customers can browse our products and select the ones desired. Please check prices carefully, they will always be listed beside each product. All payments are carried out by our 3rd party Payment Service Provider, we do not store any of your payment details. Your data will not be shared with third parties. Once your payments have been completed you will see LCPE, UAE as the billing descriptor on your bank statement.

Delivery

All products will be distributed via email, enabling direct download. We aim to deliver all our products within 48 hours of your payment being completed. Refund Policy

Our 1 on 1 session will require you to pay upfront, this will be conducted through your account, where a payment link will be provided to purchase a session. Should you wish to request this, please use our form on the 1 on 1 page and one of our agents will be in contact. We advise using these sessions strategically to help you maximize your end goal. Our agents are experts in this industry and will be able to guide you with your personal projects, Sessions are available starting at $31.14 per hour and can be scheduled in one-hour intervals. These sessions are conducted using video conferencing software.

Should you decide to cancel your session, this is possible as long as you give us enough notice, we cannot accept cancellation and refund requests if your call is scheduled within 24 hours of your request. Please request cancellations and refunds with more than 24 hours of your scheduled sessions.

Termination

We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate our terms and conditions. Similarly, if we violate the terms and conditions, you have the right to terminate your account with us.

If your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to the service. You can terminate your account by discontinuing the use of our service.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Logikalcoding shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes the loss of profits, data, use, or any other intangible losses caused by unauthorised access of content.
